For the cancellation of any product, please proceed with the cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel your order call us or email us.

If you have received the damaged or wrong product, please return to us with the required details. After receiving the product, our team will check and will send you a fresh piece.
Some return policy for a specific product is mentioned on the product page so read those policies properly before making a purchase. Return for damaged products such as – Damaged during the transit of the item, Manufacturing defect. Return not accepted if you do not like the product color and material, to avoid these types of issues kindly have a look at the product pictures and read the product description properly before ordering. If you need to know more details regarding the products then contact us. Return not accepted if the product is washed and worn by Customer. Accessories & Products should be in original condition.
Please do note, that exchange is allowed once per order.
The cost of shipping to &fro (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) of the product is to be borne by the customer. We charge Rs 150 for exchange shipping. Once we receive the product for exchange, customers have to pay the money through Paytm, google pay, phone pe, or in a bank account.
If the product is damaged than there are only two general conditions-
Damaged during the transit of the item.
Refund or exchange will be processed after receiving the returned items.
As a company policy, we do not provide a refund/return on any product once sold.
While returning the product, please mention your name, address, number, email, and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.||
We do not accept exchange in the following cases:
10-12% Colour difference which might be there due to screen resolution and light.
When the customer didn’t like the material or color of the dress. From our part, we use the best quality material. So, we would suggest to read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before placing the order.
All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon, and gift voucher purchases are non-exchangeable.
No exchanges or refunds will be made against garments which have been altered by the customer.
Return & Exchange due to (size and style issues) can be done within 3 days from the date of delivery for all online orders. Tags should be intact and product should be unused.
If you have received the damaged product or wrong product, please send it back to us with your order no. After sending the product back to us, & delivered to us we shall send you a fresh piece.
